"Willis Towers Watson needed to overhaul their voluntary benefits product guides for a mid-market employer audience. The existing materials were dense, compliance-heavy, and essentially unreadable for the average employee. We redesigned the entire series — restructuring content around real employee scenarios, adding clear plan comparison tables, and building a visual system that communicated trust and professionalism without sacrificing the technical accuracy the product required. The new guides were distributed to over 40,000 employees across three client companies."
